Terrace
The terrace that gave the apartment its name is the first thing you will discover. It is located upstairs and offers a beautiful view of the greenery, the forest, and the treetops. Thanks to its west-facing orientation, you can also enjoy the picturesque colors of the setting sun here.
The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and invites you to romantic evenings, morning coffee, or a relaxed read with a book.
From the terrace you enter a small hallway, which leads to the main living area of the apartment.
Living Room and Dining Area
The living room is connected to the dining area and is located directly opposite the kitchenette. Here you will find a comfortable sofa, a cabinet with books, and leaflets with our tips for trips and interesting places nearby.
By the window is a dining table with two chairs, from where you can enjoy a view straight into the treetops.

Kitchen
The kitchenette is fully equipped so you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Available are a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, and also a Krups lever espresso machine for ground coffee or a french press.
There are also basic cooking ingredients and supplies – oil, salt, pepper, sugar, basic spices, tea, and ground coffee. For your convenience, we have also prepared dishwasher tablets, laundry capsules, washing-up liquid, a sponge, and a dish towel.
In the kitchen you will find all the usual cooking and dining equipment – pans, pots, bowls, wooden spoons, various kitchen utensils, knives, a peeler, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and a corkscrew.
Bathroom
In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, a vanity unit, a toilet, and a washing machine. Soap, a hairdryer, hand towels, and bath towels are provided.
Bedroom
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with two large pillows, two smaller pillows, and two duvets. All bedding is feather-free, making it suitable for allergy sufferers too.
It is possible to use an extra bed for one person.
A big bonus of the bedroom is the skylight, through which you can watch the sky and stars in the evening right from bed. The skylight has a blackout and thermally insulating blind that helps maintain a pleasant climate in the bedroom.
Right next to the bedroom is a small dressing room with two chests of drawers and a clothes drying rack. In the summer months, an air cooler is available there, and in winter a portable heater in case you need a little extra warmth.
With Love and Honest Craftsmanship
We built the apartment with our own hands and with love for detail. When furnishing it, we chose quality materials and gave preference to honest craftsmanship. Here you will find, for example, an ash wood floor, a handmade nightstand, or a solid wood bed from a local carpenter.
Parking and Access
Parking is available right on the property, just behind the entrance gate.
The last part of the access road, approximately 100 meters, is in poorer condition. Under normal conditions it is passable without any problems, but we recommend driving slowly and carefully. It is a private road (not ours) whose maintenance is unfortunately not ideal, so please keep this in mind when arriving.
